Transactions happen between users
City Mart Local connects users. Payment, pickup, delivery, meetups, trades and service arrangements are handled directly between users, and City Mart Local is not a party to those arrangements.
Separately, City Mart Local charges its own platform fees, such as the posting fee for publishing a listing. That payment is between you and City Mart Local.
Enforcement
When a rule is broken, City Mart Local may take action proportionate to the violation, including:
- removing, hiding or refusing a listing or photo
- requiring edits before a listing is published
- restricting features such as posting or contacting other users
- suspending an account temporarily
- terminating an account for serious or repeated violations
Reporting
If you see a listing, message or user that violates these rules, use the reporting tools on the listing. Reports are reviewed and may lead to moderation action.
If you believe someone is in danger or a crime has occurred, contact local authorities.
